These Subscription Terms apply to FondCircle Premium or any other paid subscription plan offered by FondCircle through the FondCircle App, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized billing channel.

Subscription Plans

FondCircle may offer monthly, annual, or other Premium subscription options.

Current pricing, billing period, taxes, free trials, country availability, renewal terms, and billing terms will be shown in the App, app store listing, offer screen, or billing provider checkout before you subscribe.

Premium Features

FondCircle Premium may include additional app features or benefits. The features available to you are the features shown in the App, plan screen, or applicable offer at the time you subscribe.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed through your app store account and are subject to the app store's terms.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through the billing channel where you purchased it.

If purchased through Apple App Store, manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

If purchased through Google Play, manage or cancel the subscription through your Google Play subscription settings.

Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by the billing provider or applicable law.

Refunds

Subscription refunds may be handled by the app store or billing provider used for purchase.

Unless required by the applicable billing provider or law, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unused time, accidental renewals, free trials, or partial periods.

Extended Warranty Benefit

FondCircle Premium includes a 2-year extended warranty benefit while your subscription is active and in good standing.

During an active Premium subscription, eligible FondCircle products associated with the subscriber's account may receive a total warranty period of 2 years from delivery, subject to the Warranty Policy and the product's warranty conditions.

The extended warranty benefit applies only while the Premium subscription remains active. If the Premium subscription is cancelled, expires, is refunded, or is not renewed, the extended warranty benefit ends, and products will continue to be covered only by any remaining standard warranty or warranty required by law.

This benefit does not cover items excluded from warranty coverage, including consumables, batteries, accessories, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repair, cosmetic wear, or data loss.

Device Discount Benefit

FondCircle Premium includes a 15% device discount benefit.

The discount is available in the FondCircle App. It is not currently designed to stack with other discounts or coupon offers in the App.

Eligible products, redemption limits, return handling, and other discount conditions may be shown in the App or during in-app redemption.

Changes to Plans or Pricing

FondCircle may change subscription features, plans, or prices where permitted. If required, we or the billing provider will notify you before changes apply.
