Dual-Wavelength Sensing for More Reliable SpO₂ Readings.

The F1 uses 660 nm and 905 nm dual-wavelength optical sensing to measure SpO₂ and pulse rate, with SpO₂ accuracy within ±2% in the 70%–100% range. PI, pulse waveform, and battery status are shown clearly on one screen, so every check gives you the key readings at a glance.

TrueSignal

If the Signal Isn't Stable, You Won't See a Number.

Most oximeters display a value regardless of signal quality. The F1 monitors signal quality automatically — if the waveform is too unstable to produce a reliable result, the display stays blank until you reposition your finger. This means the number you see is one you can trust.

ColdReady

Cold Hands. Low Circulation. Still Gets a Reading.

The F1 tracks Perfusion Index (PI) and continues measuring at PI ≥ 0.3% — a level where many consumer oximeters fail or produce unreliable results. If the signal truly cannot produce a stable reading, the display stays blank rather than showing a number you can't trust.

Easy to use, provides accurate results, and priced very reasonably for such a versatile monitor…

Easy to use and read your results. Sets up to your phone via Bluetooth quickly which allows you to keep track of your results throughout the day or as needed.Once you put the monitor on your finger, your results will show within a few seconds as long as you follow the instructions and stay still allowing the monitor to provide the most accurate readings. For those needing more than just their oxygen reading this is a nice monitor for receiving additional important information pertaining to your vitals. A good purchase at a very fair price…

Lightweight and Easy to Use

I’ve been really happy with this pulse oximeter so far. It’s very lightweight, feels soft and comfortable on the finger, and gives results quickly, which makes it easy to use anytime without hassle. I especially like that it doesn’t feel tight or awkward the way some other fingertip devices can.The screen is clear and easy to read, and the readings show up fast enough that I don’t feel like I’m sitting around waiting. That makes a big difference when you just want a quick check and want to move on with your day. The compact size is also nice because it’s easy to keep nearby or take with you when needed. What stood out most to me is how convenient and user-friendly it feels in actual everyday use. Sometimes devices like this can seem overly technical, but this one feels simple and practical while still offering more detailed information if you want it. Overall, I like it a lot and think it’s a solid choice if you want something light, comfortable, and fast.

Simple, Accurate, and Smartly Connected

The FondCircle Bluetooth Fingertip Pulse Oximeter is simple and intuitive to use - just power it on, place your finger inside, and it gives you an instant reading of your oxygen saturation and heart rate. I compared it against a non‑Bluetooth oximeter I already own, and the readings were consistent between the two. Pairing it with my phone was quick and easy after downloading the FondCircle app from the App Store, and I really like that it automatically syncs all of my readings, so I no longer have to write them down manually. The device also offers several customizable settings, like turning off the beep or adjusting the display brightness, though the default setup works perfectly fine for me. At a regular price of $39.99 - and $27.99 with a coupon at the time of this review - it’s very reasonably priced for a connected pulse oximeter. Overall, I’m pleased with how well it works and how convenient it is to track my history through the app.

Great for Everyday Monitoring

This Bluetooth pulse oximeter has been a great addition for keeping track of my health, especially during workouts and daily activities. It gives fast and accurate readings for both SpO2 and heart rate, and the display is bright and easy to read thanks to the full OLED screen.I really like the Bluetooth feature it connects smoothly to the app, making it simple to track and monitor readings over time. The perfusion index is also a nice bonus for more detailed insights. It’s lightweight, comfortable to use, and comes ready to go with batteries included, which is always a plus. Whether you’re into sports, aviation, or just want to keep an eye on your oxygen levels, this device is definitely worth it!

Easy to use and Bluetooth capable

I thought it would be a good idea to pick up a pulse oximeter. I also have a glucose monitor and a blood pressure kit. I have an aging mother who has started experiencing health issues. When you just don’t feel well the more information you have the easier it is to make a decision as to whether or not to go see a doctor or go to the hospital. You can never be too careful. This is so easy to use. You insert two AAA batteries (which are included), turn it on, and insert your finger into it. A few moments later it tells you your pulse and oxygen level. It is a very compact unit, but it can accommodate a wide range of finger sizes. It has a beeping alarm to alert you when your levels are not what they should be. You can also choose to mute the alarm if you want. It is also Bluetooth capable. To set up the Bluetooth they give you a QR code to scan, which gives you step-by-step instructions on how to set it up. You could monitor somebody even when you’re not with them. I think this pulse oximeter is a nice little unit.

Accurate, Easy to Use, but Apple Health Sync Needs Work

This Bluetooth pulse oximeter has been very accurate for me, and the app itself is solid. It connects quickly, the interface is clean, and it’s easy to track readings over time. I also really like that you can rotate the display orientation but a simple click of the start button. So which ever hand your clipping it to, or if you reading it on someone else the screen stays readable. The built‑in heartbeat graph is a nice touch too and makes the readings feel more informative. My only issue is with Apple Health syncing. The app is supposed to send data into Apple Health, but so far I can only get it to receive data, not push anything out. Not a deal‑breaker, but something to be aware of if you rely on Apple Health for tracking. As someone who deals with asthma and chronically low oxygen levels, having a reliable pulse oximeter around is important, and this one has been a helpful, and affordable tool. It's accurate, the app is good, and aside from the Apple Health sync quirk, it does exactly what I need it to. It's a definite 5 star item.

Incredibly easy to setup and start using.

I was able to download the app, sign up, and start using this device in minutes.I tried it out on exercise day as well as my off day. The results were what I expected (slower BPM, oxygen 1% difference). I believe these results to be fairly accurate.I'm really enjoying the simplicity of operation. Easy to turn the device on, get the reading, and have it auto-record on the app. The machine has an auto off function as well, so no worries about forgetting to shut it down. There are upgradable features. But, what's great is that, they are available to choose but not pushed in my face constantly. This is very much appreciated.

Easy to Use and Helpful for Monitoring Readings at Home

I picked this up mainly to keep an eye on oxygen saturation and heart rate readings at home, and it’s been really straightforward to use. The readings show up quickly, and the OLED display is bright and easy to read even in lower lighting.

The Bluetooth app connection was a nice feature because it made it easier to track readings over time instead of just checking once and forgetting. I also liked that it displays additional information like perfusion index along with SpO2 and pulse readings.

The device itself feels lightweight but still well made, and it came ready to use with batteries included. Overall, a convenient little monitor that’s easy to keep around for occasional health tracking, sports use, or travel.

Good purchase

his Bluetooth pulse oximeter is compact, easy to use, and works very well for quickly checking oxygen levels and pulse rate at home. The readings appear within seconds, and the display is bright and easy to read even in lower lighting.
One of the best features is the Bluetooth connectivity, which allows the device to sync with an app for tracking readings over time. That makes it much more convenient for monitoring trends and keeping health information organized without writing everything down manually. The app connection was straightforward and paired without much trouble.
The device itself feels lightweight but well made, and it fits comfortably on the finger without pinching too hard. The measurements have been consistent during repeated tests, and the battery life seems solid so far. It’s also small enough to keep in a travel bag, first aid kit, or bedside drawer for quick access.
Overall, this is a practical and user-friendly pulse oximeter with the added convenience of Bluetooth tracking. Great for home health monitoring, fitness tracking, travel, or simply having extra peace of mind on hand.

Accurate, Beautiful Display and Very Functional When Used with the App

This pulse oximeter looks like a thoughtfully designed, high-quality device. The surface feels smooth, modern, and premium rather than cheap plastic.

It’s super easy to use both on its own and with the app. The app was quick to install, and pairing the oximeter via Bluetooth was fast and effortless. I like that the app can also help track health measurements from other compatible Bluetooth devices, making it feel more like a centralized health dashboard instead of just a companion app. It automatically records your readings each time you use the device, which is very convenient.

One feature that genuinely surprised me was the AI health assistant section inside the app, with categories related to heart health, oxygen, blood pressure, and more. Obviously this doesn’t replace a real doctor, but it could be useful if you have general questions while waiting for an appointment.

I already owned another pulse oximeter from a few years ago, but it often seemed to show my blood oxygen reading lower than expected. This one appears to be more accurate and gives results faster, which immediately gave me more confidence in it.

The OLED display is colorful, bright, and very easy to read, and I especially appreciate that it shows the battery level, which is a small but useful detail.

Overall, this is an excellent health device to keep at home, and when combined with the app, it becomes an even more useful health monitoring tool. Based on the quality, you are getting a high value for your money. I highly recommend.

Accurate and Easy to Use Oxygen Monitor

This pulse oximeter works really well and gives quick, accurate readings for both oxygen levels and heart rate. The Bluetooth connection to the app is a nice feature because it lets you track your results over time, which is especially useful for workouts or general health monitoring. The device is lightweight and fits comfortably on the fingertip.

It’s very easy to use right out of the box with a clear display and fast results. The app setup is straightforward and adds extra value for tracking trends. Overall, it feels reliable and convenient for both fitness and everyday health monitoring.

The app is a little basic and buggy but overall the product is amazing.

Accuracy with a Very Useful App

I’ve used a few different pulse oximeters over the years, but the Bluetooth connectivity on this model makes it a standout. The device itself is well-built with a clear, easy-to-read OLED screen that provides quick and consistent readings for SpO2 and heart rate.

What I liked most:
Seamless App Integration: The best feature is the phone app. It’s incredibly convenient for automatically tracking and logging each reading. Having a digital history to review over time is much better than trying to remember or manually write down numbers.
Clear Display: The OLED screen is bright and shows the Perfusion Index clearly, which is a nice professional touch.

Ready to Use: It was great that batteries were included so I could test it out immediately right out of the box.

Whether you're using this for fitness tracking or just want a reliable way to monitor your stats at home, this is a solid investment. The peace of mind that comes with the data tracking in the app makes it well worth the price.

Affordable and accurate.

So I work somewhere that has access to a ton of these. I took mine to work and compared it to medical grade and it was accurate! The price is fair and the functionality is as promised at baseline. It is very easy to use just as a pulse oximeter and the display is bright and easy to use. I have not connected it to my phone yet as I am in the middle of moving so I am unable to test that aspect. But I do think this is worth the money.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Who is F1 intended for?

F1 is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not intended for infants or young children.

What does F1 measure?

F1 measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate (PR), and perfusion index (PI). The OLED screen also shows a pulse waveform and battery status.

What is perfusion index (PI)?

PI reflects pulse signal strength at the fingertip. It can help you understand whether the finger signal is strong enough for a stable reading. PI is informational and does not diagnose circulation problems.

Why might F1 not show a reading?

F1 only shows a reading when the signal is stable enough. Cold fingers, low perfusion, movement, nail polish, poor finger position, or unstable signal can affect measurement. Warm your hand, stay still, and reposition your finger according to the user manual.

Can I use F1 when my fingers are cold?

F1 is designed to support readings on cold or low-perfusion fingers, but finger position and signal quality still matter. If the screen does not show a value, warm your hand, stay still, and try again.

Does F1 connect to the FondCircle App?

Yes. F1 can connect to the FondCircle App to help save SpO2 and pulse readings and review trends over time.

Are F1 readings a medical diagnosis?

No. F1 readings are for informational tracking and do not diagnose medical conditions. If a reading is concerning or does not match how you feel, contact a healthcare professional.
