Does the A1 have TripleCheck?
No. A1 does not have A3's three consecutive measurement mode. In memory mode, it can show the average of the last three stored readings, which is different from taking three new readings automatically.
What cuff size does the A1 use?
The A1 upper arm cuff fits 22-42 cm / 8.7-16.5 in arms. Using a cuff outside the supported range can affect reading consistency.
Can I use the A1 without the App?
Yes. The A1 can measure and store readings on the device. The FondCircle App adds Bluetooth syncing and trend review for supported readings.
How is the A1 powered?
The A1 uses 4 AAA alkaline batteries. It can also be powered by a 5V adapter through the Type-C power input. It does not use a built-in rechargeable battery.
What do the cuff fit, movement, and irregular pulse icons mean?
These icons help you understand common setup issues during measurement. They are informational prompts and do not diagnose a medical condition.
Why does my reading look different from my doctor's office reading?
Home and office readings can differ because of posture, timing, stress, cuff placement, and recent activity. Measure after resting, keep your arm supported, and follow your clinician's instructions for home monitoring.
