How do I measure myself with the FBF-T1?
Wrap the tape around the body area you want to measure, insert the buckle, and hold the retract button until the tape sits snugly without digging into your skin. Read the result on the LCD and release the tape carefully when finished.
How do I switch between centimeters and inches?
Hold the M button to switch the display between centimeters and inches.
How do I send a measurement to the FondCircle App?
