WristReady

Light Enough to Take Anywhere.

At 106 g — about the weight of a smartphone — the W1 slips into a bag or pocket. The 13.5–21.5 cm wrist cuff fits most adults. Two AAA batteries keep it running without any charging cable. Irregular pulse and movement alerts give you the same on-screen guidance as an upper arm monitor.

Position Guide

One Rule for Accurate Wrist Readings: Wrist at Heart Level.

Keep your wrist at chest height during measurement — arm too low gives high readings, arm too high gives low ones. The W1 shows movement alerts on screen to help you stay still. For those who need maximum accuracy, our upper arm monitors may be a better fit.

FitGuard Cues

Clear Prompts When Motion May Affect Your Reading.

The W1 shows blood pressure category, an irregular pulse indicator, and movement alerts on screen. If you move, talk, or hold your wrist unsteadily, the prompt helps you retake the measurement with better posture. The indicator is informational and does not diagnose arrhythmia.

Wrist blood pressure monitor with voice readout and Bluetooth app sync. Customers said it's "easy to use" and "comfortable," with quick readings and 398-memory capacity for 3 users. However, some report accuracy concerns with high readings, connectivity issues, and app limitations like birthdate restrictions and data loss when changing batteries.

Easy to use

Very handy and easy to use monitor. It uses a voice to announce the systolic and diastolic pressure and pulse. You can mute the voice if you only want it to display on the screen. You can use it with two people and have it save data and also have a guest use it.It does allow you to integrate it with an app on most mobile devices. (Not a feature that I am using so I can’t review that). It is comfortable and easy to use. Fit my wrist with no problems but it does specify wrist sizes that can use it so you would want to be aware of that if you have extraordinary sized wrists.Easy to follow instructions.

Awesome BP monitor!

This BP monitor works great! It's super comfortable on my wrist and seems to be accurate. I like that it has a bend in the strap because it makes it so easy to quickly slip on the monitor and press start with one hand. I made the mistake of wearing it on backwards (facing the back of my hand like a wristwatch) on my first attempt. It can't detect the radial pulse if it's on backwards! Because of that, the monitor just kept inflating and inflating and inflating, all the way up to 279! I thought the veins in my hand were about burst before I finally realized that I had put it on wrong.Don't be like me. Make sure it's on correctly! The LED screen should be on the INSIDE of your wrist (palm side). When you do the test, it's best to be calm and in a seated position with your legs uncrossed. I like that the screen is large and easy to read.In my opinion this is a great BP monitor and will work good for anyone who wants to be able to track their BP daily from home.

Not as expected

This is a small, sturdy wrist blood pressure device. The monitor is very secure to the cuff. The cuff size should fit most users. I have a large boney wrists and this fits fine. It wasn’t difficult to set up and I had no issues connecting, but the app has its own issues. It requires your birthdate, but only goes back to 1970. Somewhat off for me. Also, the app allows you to enter some previous rates manually. No pulse rate can be entered below 50, which is another issue for me. So I cannot keep accurate track through the app, but must continue to write down any measurements. I found there to be a 10 point difference between this and the arm device I was already using. When batteries are changed, all data on the device is erased, including date and time. So, you must re enter all of that each time. I get repeated errors. It blows up to over 300 and even though I can see a heart beat on the monitor, the error code says E1- “heart beat not detected.” The device is curved in such a way, that it seems very tight. So, I have to fuss with it to get a reading, which takes extra time if you are in a crisis with your pressure. This is a small device that could be very handy, but only if you are born after 1970, your heart rate is above 50 and you don’t need to replace batteries or fuss with it. The pluses are that the device allows several users and the 12 month warranty claimed.

Works well and easy to use

This is a very easy to use wrist cuff. The reading seems pretty accurate. It initially read a little higher than my normal bp, but I was fiddling around trying to get a picture of the thing. You are supposed to keep your wrist at heart level to get the most accurate reading. (It's impossible to take a picture of your wrist while it's plastered against your chest, obviously. After all, this is Amazon, not OF.) Even with some wiggling around and being in the wrong position, the reading was still reasonably close to my normal. I tried again an hour later and it returned a reading that was right on target with my normal. So it seems like it is only a little sensitive to proper positioning. I do not, however, have another monitor for comparison to say definitively it is 100% accurate. Then again, if I need an ultra-precise reading, I'm going to go to a doctor's office and let a professional do it. This device is plenty good enough for home use.Setup is simple with a typical set the date and time and volume. It can be silent or voice. You can setup 2 users to track using the bluetooth app. The 3rd user is for a "guest" so you're all set if you have a blood pressure measuring party??? I had hoped to be able to keep this app on my laptop. After all, I'm not going to be carrying this thing around with me to track my blood pressure all day. I just want to check it periodically at home, so I hate cluttering up my phone with another app. Of course, that problem is pretty standard for all app-driven gadgets. So that is not unique to this blood pressure monitor and I'm not going to knock a star off since it is the norm. Fortunately, the device is fully functional without using any app. You would need to keep track of your readings manually if you wanted to track the stat. I'm just logging it in my weekly fitness journal, which works well.It is reasonably comfortable, or as comfortable as you can expect with something trying to squeeze your wrist clean off your arm. It does get very tight, but that is normal for any automatic blood pressure cuff. Overall, this is a great device for routine at-home monitoring.

Accurate and easy to use, fits well and reasonably priced for a home blood pressure monitor…

Accurate and easy to use with large clear lettering and numbers. Fits well and since it’s a wrist monitor, the monitor can be used solo for reading the results yourself. Arrived well packaged and ready to use. The cuff is automatic and will let you know if you do not have it positioned correctly to receive accurate results.Pairs easily with Bluetooth and the app is easy to navigate and use for recording your blood pressure results. Priced very fairly for a home use product that anyone can use.

Accurate

I was skeptical about ordering a wrist B/P monitor but it has exceeded my expectations! I have a regular monitor but it’s so bulky and a pain to keep set up. B/P ranges between the 2 are very close so I get accurate reading from it.
I would highly recommend this wrist B/P monitor.

great for the price

This wrist blood pressure monitor is very easy to us and even connects to your phone to be able to track your blood pressure rates. It appears to be pretty accurate, making it a good quality electric blood pressure monitor. It is fairly small as it is meant for your wrist and fits very well. It is very compact and worth the price that they are asking for this device as it has many great capabilities that are valuable for someone who may need to regularly check their vitals

Very reasonably priced

I needed something small and mobile it didn't take up a lot of room.

Seems to be fairly accurate.

Convenient Blood Pressure Monitor for Quick Readings at Home

I’ve been using this at home for occasional blood pressure checks and it’s been really easy to use. The wrist cuff is simple to put on by yourself, and the readings appear quickly on the screen without needing to mess with a lot of settings.

The Bluetooth app sync is a nice feature because it helps keep track of readings over time instead of writing everything down manually. I also liked that it supports multiple user profiles, which makes it convenient for households with more than one person using it.

The talking feature can actually be pretty helpful, especially for older users or anyone who prefers audio prompts. The monitor itself feels lightweight and portable, making it easy to store or travel with.

Overall, a straightforward and convenient blood pressure monitor for basic home tracking and monitoring.

Good for day to day home uses. Help keep maintain steady BP

It is pretty easy to use. It is a great tool, especially for seniors to monitor the blood pressure on a regular basis and not just check the pressure only when visiting the doctor.

This monitor also link to the phone app through bluetooth. It is very convenient as there is no need to write down every readings manually.

Note that this is not a clinical certified. So expect there may be some discrepancies between readings from this monitor and readings done by a doctor/nurse. I ran an experiment on this. I can see there is about +/- 10 comparing to what my doctor told me in the clinic. Given that blood pressure varies during the day, I think it is accurate enough for home uses. The key thing is it allows individual patients to monitor the BP at home any time and do it more often. That eventually helps stay healthy by maintain the BP to a safe and steady level

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Is a wrist monitor as easy to position as an upper arm monitor?

Wrist monitors are portable, but position matters more. Keep your wrist at heart level during measurement. If your wrist is too low or too high, the reading may be affected.

Who should consider an upper arm monitor instead of W1?

If you need the most consistent home readings, or if you are pregnant, have diabetes, or have a serious cardiovascular condition, an upper arm monitor may be a better choice.

What wrist size does W1 fit?

W1 supports a wrist circumference of 13.5-21.5 cm / 5.3-8.5 in. Measure your wrist before purchase and follow the positioning guide in the user manual.

Does W1 use USB-C?

No. W1 is powered by 2 AAA alkaline batteries. It does not use USB-C power.

How do W1 readings upload to the App?

If the FondCircle App is open and connected when you take a reading, W1 readings can upload automatically. If the App is not open, the reading stays on the device and syncs the next time you open the App and connect to W1.

What does the irregular pulse indicator mean on W1?

It is an informational indicator that a pulse pattern looked irregular during the reading. It does not diagnose arrhythmia or any heart condition.
